“The secret of the LORD is with those who fear Him, And He will show them His covenant.” (Psalm 25:14)

We love secrets because they often promise to bring excitement into our lives. Getting the inside scoop is a delicious feeling and the one who listens to a secret feels valued by the one who tells it.

In the spiritual world, many things seem to be hidden. We wander and stumble around, trying to figure out how to relate to God, how to follow His will, and how to relate to His people.

We discover that the secret of God is made known to those that reverence Him and that He will reveal to us the deeper meaning of His covenant promises. He has made His secret thoughts known to those that trust Him.

The secrets of the Lord are beyond our human comprehension, where forgiveness of sin and life everlasting are two of the many hidden secrets the Lord has already made known to all who fear Him. He guides us into all truth, through His Spirit and teaches us all things. He instructs us in the way we should go and has an inheritance that is kept for us in heaven.

The eye has not seen and the ear has not heard the secret things the Lord has prepared for those that fear Him. His plans and purposes have been made known to those that fear Him, believe His Word for their salvation, and honor His holy name.
